Hi, I'm Eleanor, a soft-skills Trainer

MY BACKGROUND

I have more than thirty years of experience in training, focusing on developing greater self-confidence, enhancing people skills, improving communication skills, and leadership skills, as well as managing attitude to control stress and worry. I believe that developing these skills results in a more fulfilling professional and personal life.

My Experience

I started my career as a Trainer at the Executive Training Institute of the Philippines in 1988. Since then, I pursued my passion for making people better. I conducted programs on Effective Communication, Human Relations, Managing Stress, Developing Confidence, Developing Leadership Skills, Customer Service, Motivation, Team Building, Value Formation, Resolving Conflict, High Impact Presentations, and Managing Attitude.

I bring with me the experiences gained from corporate work as a Personnel Supervisor, Training consultant, Associate Sales Executive, Branch Manager, and Manager for Instruction.
